The sawing-milling compound machine tool is characterized in that it includes a beam, a sawing head, a feeding table and a milling head, and the beam is provided with a sawing head that moves axially along the beam. The sawing spindle is perpendicular to the guide rail of the beam, a feeding table that moves perpendicular to the beam is arranged below the beam, and the workpiece is clamped on the feeding table. The first power device drives the sawing head to move, while the saw blade on the sawing head rotates, and the workpiece is processed by the saw blade. A milling head parallel to the moving direction of the sawing head is arranged on one side of the beam of the sawing machine. Driven by the second power device, the milling head moves to the position of the workpiece, and at the same time, the milling cutter on the milling head rotates, and the side surface of the workpiece is processed by the milling cutter.

The sawing head of the sawing machine includes a motor, a transmission box, a sawing headstock and a saw blade. The motor is connected to the transmission box, and the transmission box is connected to the sawing headstock. A second guide rail is also arranged between the sawing spindle box and the beam, and a saw blade is fixed on the saw spindle of the sawing spindle box.
