The Gantry Milling Machine VM-1520NC adopts a BT50 belt-driven spindle to rotate the cutter for the main motion, while the X, Y, and Z axes provide feed for workpieces milling.
The belt-driven spindle achieves a refined surface finish, ensuring excellent smoothness. And the gantry structure improves the vibration resistance so as to ensure high accuracy.

In addition to the required floor space for the machine, an additional minimum of 600mm space should be provided for maintenance.
Once the length and width lines of the machine are drawn, proceed to drill holes with a diameter of 180mm and a depth of 500mm as indicated in the diagram.
When the machine is in place, place the shim plate in the machine foundation hole, insert the foundation bolt, and then proceed with leveling. Tighten the nuts to secure the horizontal position and then proceed with grouting.
Wait 6-7 days to re-level the machine.
