GooDa Horizontal Machining Center WJ-3020 adopts a floor-type structure with a Y-axis moving column design, suitable for heavy cutting and heavy loading applications, making it an efficient tool for rough machining that is durable and long-lasting.
It is equipped with a 30kW motor(Std) with high torque and high speed. The Z-axis ram can extend up to 800mm, making it suitable for rough machining in industries such as construction machinery, shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive, energy, machine tools, and home appliance molds.
1. Bed
The X-axis guideway spans up to 1463mm, ensuring stability for heavy cutting and heavy loading processing.
2. Column
The three sides of the column are designed with guideway, forming a three-sided enclosure structure for strong stability.
3. Spindle
The spindle employs imported large-diameter angular contact bearings, capable of withstanding high torque cutting forces during heavy cutting.
4. Head
The Z-axis utilizes a boxway hard guideway to ensure minimal vibration of transmission components during heavy cutting, enabling long-term efficient operation.
