GooDa Double-Spindle Machining Center GDM-1550NC adopts a twin-spindle system with high torque cutting force, enabling one-time clamping and shaping. This machine model supports customization.
The two mechanical spindles deliver high torque cutting force, allowing high efficiency and stable performance. It has multi-process capabilities such as milling, drilling, and tapping, enabling one-time clamping and shaping.
This equipment addresses the issues of traditional machining centers in terms of difficulty in changes in work environment and conditions, and ensuring consistent machining accuracy.
1. Double-Spindle System
Using a double-spindle system where two processing units operate independently, enabling simultaneous processing of workpieces with similar or different features, increases production efficiency and lowers production costs.
2. Fast Positioning
The X, Y, Z axes of the machine tool use high-precision ball screws enabling precise positioning and rapid response, and minimizing vibrations during high-speed feed and eliminating creep during low-speed feed.
3. Z-axis
Double Z-axis structure: mechanical spindles can provide high torque cutting force, ensuring high efficiency and smooth operation.
4. Machine Tool Protection
Special stainless steel protective covers are used for the machine tool guideways, extending their service life and ensuring precision. The electrical control cabinet allows for stable operation over the long term.
