CNC High Speed Horizontal Band Sawing is a machine that specialize in profiles, pipes, plates and bars of aluminium, copper, plastic and composite materials.


Design Concept & Functions:
1.The structural parts including saw bow and base are all integrally processed by the processing center so as to ensure long-term and stable operation of the machine.
2.The sawing belt is driven by German imported reducing motor to maintain stable power output.
3.The sawing blade is driven by double hydraulic cylinder to maintain stable sawing and great power.
4.The sawing how elevation guide device refers to double vertical column + rolling ball type straight slide rail to maintain stability and accuracy.
5.The hydraulic tensioning sawing belt is arranged with breaking protection function of sawing belt.
6.The mobile guide arm enjoys the anti-collision protective function.
7.The specially designed sawing belt clamping and guide mechanism can not only guarantee the geometric precision, but also lengthen the use life of sawing belt to the full extent.
8.The feeding pliers are in the double operation design; otherwise, the pliers may scratch or collide against the materials in the back-warding and reclaiming and feeding precision is affected.
9.The maximum single feeding stroke is 500mm. The materials can be fed repeatedly.
10.The sealed design can prevent splattering of sawing scrap whicH can be discharged by scrap conveyor(or dust collector)in a concentrated manner.
11.The quasi-dry trace oil mist cooling system is arranged.
