GooDa WJ-800/WJ-1500 Horizontal Machining Center is equipped with a CNC rotary table and a hydraulic gantry, enabling four-side machining and rapid clamping of mold and die components.
On the spindle side, it features a positioning plate, a pneumatic measuring rod, and an in-process measuring probe. These allow for easy rough positioning, dimensional measurement, and precision correction during four-side machining of raw materials with high speed and efficiency, especially suitable for four-side machining of mold bases.
The machine is ideal for multi-variety machining of mold bases, box parts, disc parts, and shell components. It is widely used in industries such as precision molds, new energy, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, power generation, heavy machinery, and marine engineering.
The machine incorporates castings for the integral bed, table, column, and spindle box. All castings are made of high-quality gray iron, with FEM-optimized design, resin sand molding, and high-temperature tempering, ensuring high rigidity and stability.
The inverted "T" structure, combined with a front-mounted spindle box, provides large load capacity, high rigidity, and excellent stability.
The three axes utilize high-precision, heavy-duty roller linear guides with an extended multi-slider heavy-load design. This results in low vibration at high feed rates and no creeping at low speeds.
The spindle box features an enlarged sleeve design and a specially customized reinforced heavy-duty spindle. With synchronous belt drive and a high-power spindle motor, the machine offers enhanced cutting capability.
